Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist – Chandler, AZ
Pay: $22 /hr (pay is competitive and based on experience)
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Location: Chandler, AZ surrounding areas
AIMS Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk / AP Specialist to support our accounting team with invoice processing, vendor payments, and daily AP operations. This is an on‑site role in a stable, fast‑growing company with opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately using Sage Intacct and TimberScan Titanium
- Verify approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
- Prepare and process vendor payments (checks & electronic)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close
- Respond to vendor inquiries and support internal teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the AP Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- General understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
