Structural Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pasadena, CA. An experienced Structural Engineer is responsible for leading and developing a team in performing structural calculations, conducting structural analyses, and engaging in structural and civil engineering tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include designing, drafting, and collaborating with clients and team members. The role requires active participation in client meetings and project management activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
• Experience and skills in performing Calculations and Structural Analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team development and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Pasadena, CA
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
