Key Responsibilities & Requirements
1. Estate Planning Expertise: Strong knowledge of estate planning, including drafting complex estate planning documents and familiarity with Oregon estate tax concepts.
2. Probate Administration: Manage probate matters, coordinate the probate process, and prepare necessary pleadings and legal documentation.
3. Complex Planning Experience: Experience with sophisticated estate planning, including federally taxable estates, is preferred.
4. Client & Team Collaboration: Maintain professional client relationships, communicate respectfully, and collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members.
5. Technical & Creative Skills: Familiarity with Interactive Legal or similar document systems, strong judgment, creative problem-solving, and willingness to take on complex projects.
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
