Job Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including controls and refrigerant checks
- Inspect and repair electrical systems, lighting, panels, and emergency power systems
- Handle plumbing maintenance including fixtures, pumps, water heaters, and leak repairs
- Support fire and life safety systems testing and compliance (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers)
- Inspect building envelope elements such as roofs, doors, and exterior conditions
- Manage work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment records
- Coordinate with licensed contractors for specialized or regulated work
Requirements:
- Experience in building maintenance or facilities operations
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with safety codes (NFPA/NEC preferred)
- Ability to document work and manage multiple maintenance tasks
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
