Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume caseload of pre-suit personal injury claims, working closely with attorneys in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This role requires delivering exceptional client service while ensuring cases are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable laws.
Expertise In:
- Automobile & Accident Claims
- Extensive hands-on experience managing auto-related and personal injury accident claims.
- DC, MD & VA Personal Injury Laws
- Strong understanding of regional legal requirements, including PIP, UM, and UIM claims.
- Client & Provider Communication
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with frequent interaction with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
- High-Volume Caseload Management
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage a large caseload with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a supportive, high-performance work culture.
