Compensation:
- Starting Salary: $70,000 base $7,000 annual bonus (77k OTE)
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for the software platform.
- Learn the platform in detail to resolve and escalate issues.
- Manage internal order entry and maintain customer databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Review accounts for accuracy and process updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
