Reimbursement Systems Specialist
Location: Lone Tree
Compensation: $28.50 - $31.50/hr
Job Type: Contract (3 months)
AimHire is partnering with a client to hire a Reimbursement Systems Specialist responsible for implementing and supporting SignHEAR powered by DocuSign and Brightree systems. This role provides onboarding management, system setup, ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure an exceptional customer and partner experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and experienced in system operations and workflow improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for SignHEAR powered by DocuSign for new clinics.
- Build strong relationships with clinic representatives, understand needs, and communicate service value to secure engagement.
- Provide administrative support and initial system setup, including DocuSign templates and user account creation.
- Provide Brightree support, including new user setup, MyForms configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Create and update Brightree user accounts, insurance plans, and price tables.
- Research, analyze, and understand user needs to ensure systems support business and customer requirements.
- Identify gaps, challenges, and areas for process improvement; provide recommendations.
- Generate and analyze monthly metric reports for SignHEAR.
- Maintain collaborative communication with business partners and internal teams.
- Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth system usage and excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience operationalizing systems such as SignHEAR, Brightree, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (in person and virtual).
- Experience supporting systems within reimbursement operations, customer service, or similar environments.
