What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Director of OTA Business & Direct Channels position at Aimbridge LATAM?
We are currently looking for a:
Global Director of OTA Business & Direct Channels
Flexible base: Cancún / Riviera Maya, Miami, or Dominican Republic
This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, responsible for leading the global digital distribution strategy across our all-inclusive portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead global strategy for OTAs, direct channels, brand.com, and wholesale distribution
- Drive direct booking conversion and maximize overall profitability
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key industry players
- Optimize pricing, distribution mix, and total revenue (including upselling & ancillary streams)
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and regional teams to elevate global positioning
- Lead distribution and revenue strategy for new hotel openings and portfolio expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 8 years in Revenue Management, ideally within upscale/luxury all-inclusive environments
- Proven experience in hotel openings and distribution strategy
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Experience with tools such as Duetto, CRS, BI platforms, etc.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills
