You keep the banquet department humming, balancing costs like a pro and delivering VIP-level guest service. From setting the stage to orchestrating service and cleanup, you’ve got it covered. Plus, you team up with the Banquets Manager to recruit, train, motivate, and cheer on your awesome banquet crew. Every event is a hit with you in charge!
This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

- Banquet Superpower Specialist: Prepare schedules and payroll, coordinate food and beverage needs, support setup and breakdown, train staff, keep accurate counts for plating, attend meetings, handle lost-and-found, maintain inventory, and more—your multitasking magic keeps every banquet a success!
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of hotel or related experience, plus supervisory background.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey ideas clearly under pressure.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and comfortable with financial data and basic math.
- Quick decision-maker who can evaluate options and solve problems efficiently in stressful situations.
- Effective listener who understands and responds to concerns from team members and guests.
