- Safety & Standards Champion: Always follow Aimbridge Hospitality’s guidelines and regulations to ensure every function is smooth, safe, and efficient for both guests and staff.
- Set-Up Superstar: Oversee and assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet functions, inspect event spaces against the Banquet Event Order, and keep everything organized—ensuring every detail sparkles from start to finish!
- Minimum one year of progressive hotel or related experience required, with a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework and prior supervisory experience are helpful.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, listen actively, and address concerns from both guests and team members.
- Proficient in essential computer programs, including company-approved spreadsheets and word processing applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, solve problems efficiently, and maintain professionalism and composure.
- Capable of working with financial data, performing basic arithmetic, and assimilating complex information to meet operational needs.
