Role Descriptio
nThe Director of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based at the stunning Springhill Suites in Fremont CA, This individual will strategically develop and implement sales initiatives to drive hotel revenue and meet business goals. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and executing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction and performance.
