- Resource & Energy Guru: Manage energy usage and spending with a keen eye—sticking to budgets, promoting conservation, and making smart purchasing choices for a greener, leaner operation.
- Go-To Problem Solver: Respond to guestroom requests at lightning speed and serve as the emergency contact for those unpredictable moments—ensuring guests and staff always have a hero to count on!

- Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
