Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Kitchen Captain: Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right. You’re the go-to for keeping things smooth, efficient, and up to standard.
- Culinary Commander: Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork. From stocking supplies to supporting service, you know your way around the kitchen and keep it ready for action.
- Safety & Smarts: You’re all about safe practices and smart decisions—handling lost items with care, managing access to sensitive areas, and making sure health standards are never compromised.
- Clean & Compliant: Sanitation is your superpower. You make sure every surface, tool, and space is spotless and up to code, keeping the kitchen clean and the team proud.
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred
- Complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
