Physicality & Flexibility
This is a high-energy, physical position. You will be on your feet for your entire 8-hour shift, frequently lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy loads. While we provide daily checklists, you must be a versatile "utility player" ready to pivot and support Laundry, Banquets, or Housekeepers during high-volume periods.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Shine Specialist: Maintain top-tier sanitation in the lobby, restrooms, elevators, and furniture.
- Guest Experience: Respond to guest requests immediately. Maintain a "10-minute delivery" target for towels, amenities, and service.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Operational Backbone: Clear linen and trash chutes regularly. Strip linens and remove trash to assist the morning team.
- Safety & Security: Manage lost-and-found items in Quore and report maintenance needs.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for driving roles.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance on Saturdays and Sundays (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) is required.
