Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for hospitality and corporate roles while ensuring alignment with business needs and workforce plans.
- Hospitality Operations Expertise: Utilize hotel operations knowledge to assess candidate qualifications, evaluate operational competencies, and provide hiring managers with informed recommendations on talent selection.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a trusted business partner to hiring managers by providing professional, timely, and detail-oriented support throughout the hiring process. Consult on position requirements, candidate qualifications, and market trends while delivering a high-touch customer experience that enables effective and efficient hiring decisions.
- Candidate Experience & Selection: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, selection, offer preparation, and candidate communications while delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Process & Compliance: Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment requirements, including documentation, background screening, employment eligibility verification, and applicant tracking system management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, a plus 3 years of hospitality operations experience in a hotel environment.
- 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
- Understanding of general hiring practices, interviewing techniques, and employment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decisions across multiple levels of leadership.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and consultative problem-solving skills.
