Aim is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow new business, build strong customer relationships, and promote all of Aim’s service lines. If you enjoy prospecting, relationship-building, and working in a sales environment with unlimited earning potential, we’d love to talk with you.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and first contact through closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities for Aim’s full-service leasing, maintenance, and rental programs
- Generate new accounts and increase sales volume across multiple service lines
- Maintain daily sales activity through cold calls, networking, and area canvassing
- Manage and track leads through an active sales pipeline
- Create proposals and present customized solutions to prospects and customers
- Secure contracts, oversee onboarding of new accounts, and continue growing existing business relationships
- Collaborate with internal departments to support customers and ensure a strong customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Associate degree preferred, but not required
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
