What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumbing Installers & Exavation Technician position at AIM Plumbing Services?
Where You’re Starting Doesn’t Matter. Where You’re Going Does.
At Aim Plumbing Services, we are building the new standard of excellence in the trades — and we are looking for people at every level who are ready to grow into it. Whether you are a 2nd year apprentice hungry to prove yourself or an experienced plumber ready to be rewarded for your expertise, there is a place for you here.
We do not just hire for skill. We hire for drive, character, and a vision for your own future.
The Role
As a Plumbing Installer & Excavation Tech at Aim Plumbing, you will be out in the field doing real, meaningful work — and doing it at a high standard. Your day-to-day will include:
- Plumbing installations at varying levels of complexity — from fixtures and water heaters to full system installs.
- Excavation work to support underground plumbing lines and infrastructure.
- Working alongside experienced tradespeople and growing your skills on every job.
- Representing Aim Plumbing with professionalism on every site, every day.
Who You Are
You are not coasting. You have goals — for your craft, your income, your life — and you want to be somewhere that takes those seriously. You:
- Show up with the right attitude and take pride in your work, no matter the task.
- Take ownership on the job site. You don’t wait to be told what to do — you see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
- Treat customers and teammates with respect. You know that reputation is built one interaction at a time.
- Want to grow. Whether that means leveling up your license, your income, or your responsibility — you are not standing still.
- Can handle physical, hands-on work in varying field conditions, including excavation.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of apprentice-level plumbing experience, up to Master Plumber licensure — all levels considered.
- Comfort with field and excavation work (training provided for the right candidate).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to be part of something bigger than a job.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay based on your experience and skill level.
- Performance bonuses — because we believe hard work should be rewarded, not just acknowledged.
- A real career path — from apprentice to journeyman to master and beyond, we invest in your growth.
- A team culture built on accountability, excellence, and genuine support.
- The chance to be part of a company that is changing what the trades look like.
