What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism and warmth — you set the tone for the entire customer experience.
- Book appointments accurately and efficiently using Housecall Pro (with a transition to ServiceTitan on the horizon).
- Follow up with customers after completed jobs to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Communicate clearly with the field team to keep scheduling tight and operations running smoothly.
- Represent the Aim Plumbing brand in every interaction — on the phone, by text, and by email.
