Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management regularly.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Compliance and Audit
- Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering professional development.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team objectives are met.
- Thorough understanding and adherence to organizational financial policies.
Strategic Financial Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite/GDrive, especially Excel/GSheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
