Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee comprehensive financial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the organization’s growth through insightful financial analysis and strategic planning. Duties

  • Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, including profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee corporate accounting functions such as general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and accrual accounting practices.
  • Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, investment oversight, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements, including adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial exposure across operational areas.
  • Drive budgeting processes, forecasting activities, and strategic planning initiatives to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
  • Supervise financial software systems, streamline processes for account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and cost control measures.
  • Lead audits and internal control reviews to uphold transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development opportunities, investment management, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Provide leadership in public accounting activities when necessary, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience in corporate finance, governmental accounting, or non-profit accounting environments.
  • Deep understanding of IAS, IFRS, GAAP, ASC 606 standards along with technical accounting expertise.
  • Proven ability in risk analysis, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance management.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency with advanced financial software tools and systems for general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for preparing comprehensive financial reports and interpreting complex financial concepts clearly.
