Responsibilities
- Supervise daily crew activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor work quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate schedules and assign tasks based on project needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards.
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of crew performance, attendance, and incidents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the EXTERIOR CLEANING industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to self motivate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.
- Problem-solving skills with the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed based on operational demands.
- Familiarity with EXTERIOR CLEANING equipment operation is mandatory.
- Experience towing trailers of various lengths
- Clean driving record within reason
- Knowledge of PRESSURE WASHING equipment and field fixes on failed components
- Ladder work experience is a priority utilizing 32’ ladder to wash roofs
- Pressure washing, soft washing & roof cleaning EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation living close proximity to Bostons North Shore
