We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and dependable individual to join our team as a Kitchen & Cleaning Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the daycare cook with meal and snack preparation
- Help keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen surfaces
- Clean classrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other rooms as needed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and staff
- Follow all daycare health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other cleaning and kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Previous kitchen, cleaning, or daycare experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable working around young children
- Background check required
- Must meet all applicable daycare employment requirements
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
