Responsibilities:
- Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
- Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
- Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed.
- Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
Required Skills
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
- Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Possess a competitive sales drive
- Excellent problem-solving & critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
