Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong work ethic. This role involves working on diverse projects, including water damage restoration, remodeling, and installation. Duties
- Install and finish interior trim, including baseboards, doors, and moldings
- Assist in water damage restoration projects, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed.
- Perform electrical tasks under supervision, including basic installations and repairs.
- Contribute to construction site activities, including heavy lifting and material handling.
- Engage in remodeling projects, including drywall installation and finishing.
- Execute metal stud framing tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Assist with plumbing tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Perform general construction and repair work inside homes.
- Ensure homes are move-in ready with final touches.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic installation practices is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Experience with drywall installation and finishing is required.
- Skills in metal stud framing are desirable for project efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential.
