This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant to the Vice President based in Orlando, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include correspondence management, preparation of documents, assisting with decision-making processes, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. The candidate will act as a key partner in enabling the Vice President to carry out their duties effectively.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document preparation, calendar coordination, and task prioritization.
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, providing high-level support with scheduling, planning, and organizational tasks.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to facilitate professional interactions internally and externally.
- Ability to manage time effectively, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of business software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms, is required.
