Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant to the Vice President based in Sarasota, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Assistant will manage administrative tasks, provide executive support, handle scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Additionally, the role requires maintaining efficient communication and supporting the Vice President in day-to-day operations. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Efficiency in Clerical Skills, including data entry, document preparation, and record management
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in assisting executives or senior-level management is an advantage
