ResponsibilitiesA Customer Care Line - Supervisor contributes to AHF by fostering innovation, improving service delivery, and ensuring high-quality client experiences while playing a key leadership role in managing the operations of the Customer Care Line.A Customer Care Line - Supervisor enhances the reputation of AHF by delivering reliable, responsive, and client-centered service while supporting operational excellence and interdepartmental collaboration.You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Customer Care Line - Supervisor it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Customer Care Line - Supervisor will work as a part of a close knit team to oversee staff and daily operations for the pharmacy call center and healthcare appointment lines. They ensure efficient scheduling, address patient inquiries and complaints, manage electronic health records, and uphold compliance with HIPAA standards. The role requires cross-department collaboration and strong problem-solving skills to maintain service quality and enhance the patient experience.Licenses/ Certifications: PTCB preferred.
