We are seeking a high-impact Technical Systems Specialist who thrives at the intersection of sales, technology, and customer success.


This is a sales and service role with a strong technical foundation. The right candidate will be curious, eager to learn, problem-solve and serve while being energized by opening new doors, uncovering opportunities, and leading consultative conversations. Also, possessing the ability to acquire hands-on technical skills to install, configure, train, and support the solutions we deliver.

What You will Do:
Grow & Strengthen Existing Accounts
  • Build long-term relationships through service excellence
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing programs
  • Monitor program effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Deliver & Support Technical Solutions
  • Install, configure, and commission training equipment and associated software
  • Ensure proper setup, calibration, and operational readiness of systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as needed
  • Safely transport and manage demonstration equipment
Train the Trainers
  • Conduct on-site and virtual educator training sessions
  • Lead professional development workshops and technical presentations
  • Equip instructors with the confidence and knowledge to effectively use the systems
  • Support credential-driven and outcomes-based program implementation
Drive New Business & Revenue Growth
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new customer relationships within your territory
  • Open doors with schools, workforce programs, and technical training institutions
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover instructional and program needs
  • Present and demonstrate technical training equipment and software solutions
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and documentation in CRM

This is not a traditional sales role.


You won’t simply “sell and move on.” You will:

  • Speak credibly about technical solutions
  • Physically install and configure equipment
  • Train educators to use complex systems
  • Help institutions grow high-impact technical training programs


Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable:

  • In front of a decision-maker
  • In a lab installing equipment
  • Leading a training workshop
  • Strategizing how to expand a territory


Though we will have an extensive training period to prepare the right person to fulfill all of this.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired
  • Strong technical aptitude (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, electronics, or similar)
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot equipment and software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organizational and CRM discipline
  • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment
Preferred
  • 2–5 years in technical sales, solutions consulting, or field service
  • Experience in educational technology, workforce development, or industrial training
  • Experience installing and supporting technical equipment
  • Background in teaching, training, or industrial instruction
  • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems
