Grow & Strengthen Existing Accounts
- Build long-term relationships through service excellence
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing programs
- Monitor program effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Install, configure, and commission training equipment and associated software
- Ensure proper setup, calibration, and operational readiness of systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as needed
- Safely transport and manage demonstration equipment
- Conduct on-site and virtual educator training sessions
- Lead professional development workshops and technical presentations
- Equip instructors with the confidence and knowledge to effectively use the systems
- Support credential-driven and outcomes-based program implementation
- Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new customer relationships within your territory
- Open doors with schools, workforce programs, and technical training institutions
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover instructional and program needs
- Present and demonstrate technical training equipment and software solutions
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and documentation in CRM
This is not a traditional sales role.
You won’t simply “sell and move on.” You will:
- Speak credibly about technical solutions
- Physically install and configure equipment
- Train educators to use complex systems
- Help institutions grow high-impact technical training programs
Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable:
- In front of a decision-maker
- In a lab installing equipment
- Leading a training workshop
- Strategizing how to expand a territory
Though we will have an extensive training period to prepare the right person to fulfill all of this.
- Strong technical aptitude (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, electronics, or similar)
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot equipment and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong organizational and CRM discipline
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
- Ability to lift and transport equipment
- 2–5 years in technical sales, solutions consulting, or field service
- Experience in educational technology, workforce development, or industrial training
- Experience installing and supporting technical equipment
- Background in teaching, training, or industrial instruction
- Experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems
