Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
- Strong problem solving to customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service
- The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset
- Current and valid Driver’s License and willing to travel to meet client requirements
- Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
- Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records
- Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehicle in a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate
- Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy
- Fully maintained company van, mobile and laptop
