What We’re Looking For

- Monday–Friday availability
- Interest in our Force Plate Performance Program is a plus!
- Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercise programs
- Apply hot and cold therapy
- Keep treatment areas and equipment clean and organized
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle paperwork
- (Optional) Recommend exercise products to clients
- Learn and help run our Force Plate Performance Program
- One-on-one mentorship from licensed physical therapists
- Structured onboarding designed for new grads
- Hands-on experience that boosts your PT school application
- Weekly team development meetings & quarterly outings
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
- Dependable, mature, and able to multitask
- Coachable attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Looking for long-term employment (not seasonal or temporary)
- Available to start immediately
- $16–$19/hour (based on experience)
