We are looking for an interior designer to join our team of talented and dedicated professionals. Successful candidates should have 1-3 years of design experience and be dedicated to excellence in client service. Candidates should also be willing to work on multiple projects at once as well as providing exceptional service to the firm’s clients. This position requires a professional to maintain effective communication both internally and externally with clients and consultants, excellent time management skills and an ability to understand and adapt to all needs. A successful candidate can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, be a self-starter with strong abilities to multi-task, prioritize, work effectively and efficiently to contribute to project success.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a completed degree in Interior Design (BFA or BS in Interior Design, or Equal Architectural Degree)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Revit, Enscape, and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Experience contributing to bringing a project from beginning to completion.
- Develop a working knowledge of all design aspects of the architectural & interior design process.
- Assist Director and/or Lead Interior Designers in the SD Phase: Concept Development, Demographic Studies, Market Research, Visioning, Fit Plans & Presentation Development
- Assist Director and/or Lead Interior Designers in the DD Phase: Material Selection, Rendering development in Enscape, Presentation development & DD Set Production including Finish Plans, Elevations, RCPs & Material Specifications.
- Assist Director and/or Lead Interior Designers in the CD Phase: Developing Details, Value Engineering Exercises, Coordination with Consultants & Architects.
- Assist Director and/or Lead Interior Designers in the CA Phase: Respond to submittals & RFIs, Site Visits & Final Punch List
- Assist Director and/or Lead Interior Designers in the FFE phase: Furniture, Accessories, Art & Planting Selections, Furniture Planning, Management of Dealers, Budget Management.
- Develop an understanding of applicable governing codes including state, federal, ADA, IBC, etc.
- Understand and help to maintain project schedule in conjunction with Lead Designer.
- Assist project Director or Lead Designers with presentations to clients.
- Produce clear meeting minutes that reflect a skill in effectively listening and receiving feedback from clients & consultants
