About The Role
The project manager/senior project manager is involved in all facets of design from concept and planning through construction administration. The role requires strong design, problem solving, and scheduling knowledge along with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams. Strong communication skills in collaboration with clients, consultants, and other team members are paramount to this role. This person should also possess a solid understanding of construction methods and detailing with a willingness to teach and provide mentorship to junior staff.

About The Role

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial architecture for senior role
- NAAB accredited bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture
- Licensed in Colorado preferred
- Experience in Revit, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Lumion, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Project a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a wide range of environments including with clients of varying types, with the ability to listen and help determine their program requirements and overall project vision
- Strong programming, design and problem-solving skills
- Planning and entitlements experience with local municipalities is preferred
- Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative with an understanding of big-picture goals blending the execution of design excellence, budget and timing
- A strong understanding of evolving materials and methods used in the construction industry and proficient in technical detailing
- Experience working with jurisdictions to effectively gain positive traction on projects
