What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our growing workplace architecture and design team. This role is responsible for developing creative and technically sound workplace solutions through space planning, design development, Revit modeling and construction documentation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and passionate about commercial workplace design. Whether early in your career or bringing years of industry experience, you enjoy collaborating with clients and teammates to transform ideas into beautiful, functional and buildable spaces.
The most important qualifications for this role are proficiency in Revit, the ability to produce high-quality construction documents, and a strong understanding of commercial interior architecture.
The Work
Our largest focus is turnkey workplace interiors, so gaining an in-depth understanding of all phases of a workplace design-build project will be important. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, projects managers, contractors and clients to develop workplace environments from early programming through construction.
This role combines technical production with design thinking and requires someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across disciplines and delivering accurate documentation that supports successful project execution.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related design discipline
Professional experience in commercial architecture, workplace interiors or tenant improvement projects preferred
Architectural licensure is welcomed but not required, interest in gaining licensure is desired and supported
Proficiency in Revit is required
Strong experience developing construction documents
Strong understanding of commercial building systems and architectural drawing standards
Experience with space planning and workplace design
Ability to read interpret and coordinate architectural drawings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Creative and solution-oriented mindset
Proactive problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate Revit models throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration
- Coordinate architectural documentation with interior designers, project managers, consultants, contractors and furniture teams
- Conduct site verification, field measurements and as-built documentation as required
- Research building products, materials and workplace design solutions
- Assist with permitting, code research and ADA compliance
- Support clients and teammates throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement of architectural standards, Revit content and documentation processes
- Develop workplace space plans, floor plans, test fits and programming layouts
- Produce complete construction document sets in Revit including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and specifications
- Translate design concepts into practical, buildable architectural solutions
- Review drawings for quality, constructability and coordination
