The firm is currently accepting applications for a talented, motivated, and experienced Architect or Designer to join the team. A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience is required.

We Are Looking For The Following Competencies

• Exemplary design and documentation skills, with a high-level working knowledge of Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, and In Design
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in the MS Office suite of software
• Superb organizational skills
• Experience in high-end residential architecture
• Basic understanding of IRC, IBC, and ANSI
• Experience navigating complex municipal environments
• Familiarity with energy and wildland interface codes
  
  

Responsibilities, Attributes, and Core Requisites

• Design, documentation, project management, and project-oriented tasks
• Assist in project entitlement efforts
• Provide graphics, 3D modeling, marketing, and communication support
• Manage project components to larger project goals
• Display a client-oriented approach and a creative, positive and dynamic outlook
• Prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Work effectively without close supervision
• Take accountability and ownership of projects from start to finish
  
  

Compensation

At the time of this job posting, the salary range for the successful and qualified candidate is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually
