About The Role

At Framework, you’ll lead diverse projects including commercial, office, restaurant, residential, and medical, with a focus on adaptive reuse and community impact. What You’ll Do
- Lead design and technical development from concept through construction
- Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure design integrity and technical accuracy in all project phases
- Mentor younger staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
- Participate in site visits and provide hands-on problem solving in the field
- 7 years of architectural experience; licensure or path to licensure preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing
- Excellent design, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Revit and related design software, AI tools are a plus
- Passion for adaptive reuse, creative problem solving, and teamwork
