Project Architect/Manager

About The Role

We’re seeking a Project Architect who values both design and execution — someone who enjoys transforming ideas into spaces that work beautifully and efficiently. At Framework, you’ll lead diverse projects including commercial, office, restaurant, residential, and medical, with a focus on adaptive reuse and community impact. What You’ll Do

• Lead design and technical development from concept through construction
• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure design integrity and technical accuracy in all project phases
• Mentor younger staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
• Participate in site visits and provide hands-on problem solving in the field
  
  

What You Bring

• 7 years of architectural experience; licensure or path to licensure preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing
• Excellent design, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Revit and related design software, AI tools are a plus
• Passion for adaptive reuse, creative problem solving, and teamwork
