ROLE
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Construction Contract Administrator driven by a passion for design excellence, high quality buildings and spaces, collaboration, and professional development.
Requirements
- Experience – 10 years working with complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family or hospitality
- Technical Knowledge – strong knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes & specifications
- Software Proficiency – Revit required, Bluebeam, Newforma, MS Office
- Communication – successful communicator & collaborator in a high-energy team environment
- Licensure – preferred, but not required
