SENIOR-LEVEL INTERIOR DESIGNER
We’re looking for a lead Interior Designer to join our team and to shepherd high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful, experienced, driven designer who enjoys being part of a close-knit, collaborative team, takes pride in their work, and has a great time doing it.

SENIOR-LEVEL INTERIOR DESIGNER
We’re looking for a lead Interior Designer to join our team and to shepherd high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful, experienced, driven designer who enjoys being part of a close-knit, collaborative team, takes pride in their work, and has a great time doing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential hospitality projects from concept through final installation, taking ownership of design and execution.
- Develop interesting, layered, considered design concepts that can be clearly communicated and executed.
- Produce sketches, 3D models, renderings, client-facing presentations, detailed construction documents, and clear procurement documentation and manage each of these from draft through execution.
- Source materials, finishes, furnishings, and hardware and guide selections from specification to successful installation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring each project runs smoothly and with clear and timely communication.
- Conduct site visits, handle day-to-day problem-solving, and make sure every detail is well-executed.
- 5 years of experience in an interior design environment, with a focus on high-end residential and / or hospitality
- Proven ability to own a project from start to finish
- Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit, SketchUp, Enscape (or similar), InDesign, and Photoshop and proven skills in creating construction documents
- A solid understanding of construction methods, detailing, codes, and standards
- Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously
- Top-notch communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and a proactive, high-vibe, go-getter mindset
- Based in Austin or open to relocation (relocation support available for the right candidate)
