About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Toolmaker/Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role focused on manual machining—not CNC. You'll work with manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders to produce high-precision components for the Medical, Biomedical, and Aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual milling machines, lathes, and grinders for close-tolerance, low-volume jobs
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy
Assemble custom-built machines and perform light electrical wiring as needed
Build and wire custom electrical control panels
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on shop equipment
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in a manual machine shop environment (CNC-only experience not applicable)
Strong skills in manual milling, turning, and grinding
Proficient in GD&T and use of precision measuring instruments
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems preferred
Experience with machine assembly or light electrical work is a plus
