We are seeking an independent Business Development Consultant to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for AI Advisory Group and The Validated Mind™ Practitioner Program.
This is a remote, commission-based 1099 contractor role ideal for professionals with established business relationships and experience engaging executives, business owners, consultants, HR leaders, and organizational decision-makers.
The successful candidate will focus on generating qualified opportunities, facilitating introductions, and supporting the sales process through contract execution and client onboarding.
- Identify and develop new consulting and practitioner program opportunities.
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, and strategic partners.
- Introduce qualified prospects to AI Advisory Group services and The Validated Mind™ Practitioner Program.
- Conduct introductory conversations and opportunity discovery discussions.
- Maintain visibility of active opportunities and referral relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership to position solutions aligned with client needs.
- Support proposal development and follow-up activities as needed.
- Represent the organization professionally in networking, virtual, and in-person environments.
- Experience in business development, consulting, executive coaching, professional services, HR, organizational development, or related fields.
- Existing network of business leaders, executives, founders, consultants, or decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing business challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Professional presence and credibility with senior leaders.
- Familiarity with leadership development, organizational effectiveness, business transformation, or consulting services is preferred.
- Commission-only independent contractor (1099).
