Hiring: CNC Turning Trainee / Operator (Freshers Welcome!) ⚙️
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee, WI as CNC Turning Setup / Operators. If you have a passion for machining, a technical background, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
While we value experience, we are open to freshers with relevant technical/vocational training who are eager to learn and grow in the CNC machining field.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
Machine components to precise specifications and tolerances.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical/Vocational training is a huge plus).
Skills: Basic understanding of machining or a strong desire to learn CNC programming and troubleshooting.
Attributes: High attention to detail and a stable mindset for a long-term career.
Flexibility: Primarily 1st Shift, but open to 2nd Shift if needed.
Compensation:
CNC Operator: $20 – $26/hour (Based on experience/skill level)
CNC Setup: $24 – $28/hour (Based on experience/skill level)
