Maintenance Technician – Packaging / Extrusion / Molding Equipment
Location: Monroe, NJ (On-Site)

Preferred Shifts: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift (Limited Day Shift Availability)

Shift Openings
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Priority Hiring)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Priority Hiring)
- Day Shift openings are very limited.
- Overtime may be available based on production needs.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime.
- Repair and maintain packaging, extrusion, and molding equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to maximize equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of hands-on industrial machine maintenance experience.
- Experience maintaining packaging, extrusion, or molding equipment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics is required.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd Shift.
