Shift Openings

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Priority Hiring)

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Priority Hiring)

Limited Day Shift openings may be available.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other production machinery.
• Complete equipment installations, adjustments, and machine repairs.
• Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Follow all safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting packaging, extrusion, or injection molding equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, machine repair, and industrial automation.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available for 2nd or 3rd Shift.
