Are you energetic, outgoing, and motivated to succeed? AHT Wisconsin Windows is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Marketing Team! No experience is required—we provide complete paid training and ongoing coaching so you can excel from day one.
This is an on-site role where you will speak with homeowners by phone, introduce them to our industry-leading window and door solutions, and schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants. What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with homeowners by phone
- Creating interest and excitement about our premium windows and doors
- Setting appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants
- Bringing energy, positivity, and confidence to every call

- Sales, marketing, or call center experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Location: Clintonville, WI (This is an in-office position)
