At AHT Wisconsin Windows, our marketing team is the driving force behind our growth. In this on-site role in Appleton, WI, you will speak with homeowners by phone, introduce them to our industry-leading window and door solutions, and schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.
No industry experience is required—we provide full paid training!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with homeowners by phone to introduce our premium home improvement products.
- Build initial interest and excitement about our windows and doors.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.
- Bring energy, positivity, and confidence to every call.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- No experience required! Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail is a plus, but we will fully train the right personality.
Schedule & Location
- Shift: Monday–Friday from 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM, plus every other Saturday from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
- Location: This is a fully in-office position located at our Appleton, WI office.
