In this executive role, you will drive innovation through advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to support business strategies, optimize operations, and enhance decision-making processes across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, and maintain data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the AI and data intelligence strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Lead teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI models and data solutions.
- Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Promote the adoption of AI and analytics tools across departments to improve efficiency and innovation.
- Ensure data quality, compliance with data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI and data technologies and industry best practices.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 8 years of experience in AI, data science, or data engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with AI frameworks and big data technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hadoop, Spark).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data concepts to business audiences.
- Solid understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and ethical considerations in AI.
- Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.
