Job DescriptionAHRC NYC is holding a HIRING EVENT for Full and Part -Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our Manhattan ICF residence.PAY RATE: $20.60-$20.96 per hour depending on Driving status. See below for additional Benefit information.DATE & TIME: THURSDAY February 5th, 2026 from 10AM-1PMLOCATION: Recruiter will provide Hiring Event specific address for qualified candidates.POSITION TO BE FILLED:40hr Evening shift: 2pm-10pm....Driver's license Required40hr Weekday Overnight shift: 10pm -8am...Monday through Thursday nights.30hr Weekend Overnight shift: 10pm-8am...Friday through Sunday nightsDrivers license NOT required for overnight shifts!Weekend availability Required for most positions! - The oversight of all safety and health considerations

- Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
- Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills. Patience is a MUST!
- Willingness to support people's preferences for community, activities, work, leisure activities, the exercise of their rights etc. in various settings.
- Ability to use a computer for data entry.
