Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishes value models, KPIs, and OKRs for products, services, and portfolios.
- Partners with executives, Product, and Finance to align roadmaps to value hypotheses and targets.
- Leads benefits tracking and post implementation reviews; informs investment rebalancing.
- Oversees tooling standards for measurement, reporting, and governance cadence.
- Coaches leaders and teams on value storytelling and decision trade offs.
- Support development of Technology Strategy and long term financial plans by leveraging industry standard frameworks
- Independently develop executive presentations for Senior Executives by leveraging data and narratives from various systems and stakeholders.
- Lead various continuous improvement initiatives around strategic planning activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience; Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years in product/portfolio value management, strategy, or FP&A with strong quantitative and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience in Technology Strategy development and financial planning
- Ability to understand, frame and facilitate solutions for various challenges in Technology Operations
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Technology capabilities

- Experience with OKR systems, stage gate governance, and cost/benefit modeling.
