This manager will be charged with leading, guiding, training, and coaching a team of insights analysts responsible for providing business insights throughout the organization related to working functional teams, with a focus on procurement opportunities across all brands for all categories (excluding only Fresh commodity). This individual will be responsible for driving the company's new way of working across their assigned areas in all Brands and Supply Chain functions through extensive collaboration. Frequently partners with Supply Chain leadership at the SVP, VP, director, and manager level to influence change and develop department best-practices.
This associate leads the team that is accountable for delivering objective business and process improvement insights to Supply Chain leaders and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and targets. This team also provides ongoing directional insights to 30 functional team and POD managers and Supply Chain Directors that drive action within 30 Supply Chain PODs and central teams.
This individual will possess strong root causal identification skills to bring forth holistic solutions, process refinement, and alternative methodologies as they will be charged with supporting cross-functional process improvement projects and initiatives at a leadership (manager, director, VP, and executive leadership team) level with applicable data and reporting.
The position will require a high level of business maturity to understand and maneuver through relevant complexities and mitigate roadblocks.
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME.

Essential job functions:
- Active Supply Chain leadership, responsible for delivering objective business insights with support of a team of analysts
- Development of team processes, best practices, and goal setting in support of delivering key business insights and change management to functional Supply Chain areas
- Recruit, mentor, direct, motivate and develop their staff while maximizing individual contribution, professional growth and their ability to function effectively and achieve business goals.
- Works directly with the analyst team using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes within demand, logistics, and/or surrounding procurement functions
- Partners with Supply Chain leadership to identify additional reporting development needs or enhancements, partners with Supply Chain analytics, identifying the requirements to build and produce
- Ensure timely execution and distribution of identified reports to business stakeholders
- Continued evaluation of report usage in partnership with Supply Chain leaders to develop feedback loop and maintain relevancy to business
- Develop training plan in partnership with training and development department to socialize and train business stakeholders on report utilization
- Drive change in partnership with functional leadership, utilizing data to story-tell and identify issues
- Manage multiple initiatives at once and collaborate across various goals, supporting all Brands
- Lead a team to provide directional insights that drive action within 30 Supply Chain PODs and central teams

Qualifications:
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 7 years relevant work experience
- 5 years demonstrated effectiveness leading people/teams
- Executive level written and oral communication skills with thorough understand of appropriate communication methods for desired outcomes
- Advanced data acumen with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, compelling business narratives
- Strong analytical background with the ability to identify trends, solve complex problems, and drive actionable insights
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of operations, industry trends, and organizational dynamics
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partners without direct authority to achieve shared business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, build trust, and influence decisions through insights and relationship-building
