Be a Strategic Partner
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to champion a unified, strategic HRBP model that drives operational excellence and analytics - based decision - making.
- Stay ahead of evolving industry trends, bringing forward fresh ideas and best practices.
- Help functional leaders identify, prioritize, and build the organizational capabilities needed to achieve long - term success.
Drive Business & People Outcomes
- Work with leaders to review performance targets and assess talent implications, ensuring the right people strategies fuel the right business results.
- Provide balanced, insightful guidance rooted in policy, compliance, and an understanding of both company and associate needs.
- Partner with business areas to develop meaningful action plans that strengthen engagement and cultivate a winning culture.
Promote an Inclusive, People - Centered Environment
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across staffing, associate relations, and learning initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time - management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Confident presentation and facilitation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, business administration, or related field
