Position Summary
The Front Office Coordinator is a highly visible and integral role within the practice, responsible for shaping the patient experience from initial inquiry through long-term care.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Advisory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication
- Guide patients through consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up
- Present treatment plans and financial information professionally
- Anticipate patient needs and address concerns with empathy
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Uphold HIPAA compliance
Practice Growth & Patient Retention
- Drive patient retention through follow-up and relationships
- Create strong first impressions for new patients
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient journey
- Provide insight into feedback and trends
- Support marketing initiatives and events
Operations & Team Contribution

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 years relevant experience
